Individual Therapy

For adults, teens, and children.  As a trained family therapist, I may offer that family members can be pulled in to individual therapy as deemed clinically necessary and only if agreed upon by client and therapist.  In cases of children and teens, I will obtain consent from parent and will involve parents in therapy as regularly as indicated for treatment goals and presenting issues.

Couples Therapy

Jayme specialize in providing comprehensive therapy for couples across all stages.  From dating and cohabitation to engagement, marriage, separation, and even co-parenting through divorce, Jayme has experience in supporting couples to grow individually and together.  She integrates evidence-based practices to help couples understand patterns, addressing underlying causes, and utlize transformative strategies.  Her training and approach is informed by the Gottman Institute, Trauma Focused Couples work with Janina Fisher, and more.

Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Intervention

The benefits of this form of intervention are proving to be more effective in unprecedented rates, particularly in cases of Complex PTSD for adult survivors of childhood abuse, combat veterans and end of life patients facing terminal illness.  I am currently embarking on psychedelic-specific trainings that will enhance my decades long foundation in working with clients on such issues.
